9.1-9.5 Subscription features are enabled upon cleared payment. Subscriptions automatically end at expiry unless renewed.

10.1-10.4 Fees are stated exclusive of VAT/taxes and payable in advance in cleared funds.

10.6 Unjustified payment charge-backs incur an administration fee of LKR 6,000 plus all third-party recovery expenses.

12.1 User content excludes medical/health-related data entered or collected for treatment.

13.1-13.6 Submitted non-health content must not be libelous, obscene, infringing, misleading, virus-laden, or spam.

16.1-16.3 Services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted fault-free operation.

17.1-17.8 We exclude liability for business losses, data corruption, or indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law.

18.1 You indemnify us against all losses or damages arising from your breach of these terms.

21.1 Chroniciti, Chroniciti EHR, and Webomena logos are trademarks belonging to Webomena Health (Pvt) Ltd.

25.1 These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
